So as to summarize the gains and losses in teaching since the first-round review, discuss the efficient review strategies as well as prepare for the 2017 Senior High School Entrance Examination, during the morning reading sessions from 25th to 27th April, at the conference room on the second floor of the administration building, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Department of the east campus convened the test score analysis meeting for the Model Test One of the Entrance Examination for Secondary School in Anqing City. The meeting was chaired by Junior High Deputy Director Wang Shengxiang. What’s more, Principal Assistant& Junior High Director Lu Dan recapped the meeting.
In the first place, each head teacher conducted detailed analysis with concrete data in terms of their own class conditions, learning status and exam situation. Afterwards, head teachers proceeded profound analysis concerning the existing problems in their respective classes in addition to the effort direction in their subsequent work tasks.
In the second place, based on their own discipline, each subject teacher carried through specific analysis in accordance with students’ actual situation. Additionally, they reflected on the previous first-round review and put forward their own perspectives on the revision work in the second and third rounds.
In the third place, Principal Assistant Lu Dan made concluding remarks in which he demanded everyone pay close attention to the excellent rate and standard attainment rate, try their best to help students reduce potential drop points due to non-intellectual factors and endeavor to solve problems in the exam result analysis process, which required everyone to sincerely cooperate and realize a win-win future.
On the whole, through this exam performance analysis, each subject teacher achieved a more thorough understanding towards the triumph and weak link in the teaching steps to guarantee the clear thinking and goal specificity in later stage. On the other hand, the analysis meeting made Anqing Foreign Language School’s preparation for the Senior High School Entrance Examination more elaborate, intensive, scientific and valid as well.
